Honouring a Visionary Leader
Since 2019, CE Fred has driven A*STAR's strategic transformation, supporting UIBR and continuing to advance innovation, expanding partnerships with public agencies and local enterprises, and organising A*STAR to develop and operate national initiatives. During COVID-19, he galvanised A*STAR to pivot research workstreams towards supporting Singapore's fight against the pandemic.
Throughout his journey with A*STAR, CE Fred has prioritised leadership, organisational and people development to create a happy, homely and happening environment and strengthen our collective sense of purpose.
