Introducing the Sectoral AI Centre of Excellence for Manufacturing (AIMfg), launched by A*STAR in partnership with the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI).


This initiative is designed to cultivate a dynamic industry ecosystem in Singapore by harnessing the capabilities of AI.


The establishment of AIMfg represents a major collaborative endeavor across both public and private sectors in manufacturing, involving government agencies, trade associations, institutes of higher learning, industry partners, and research institutes. The Centre of Excellence will leverage on capabilities across the manufacturing ecosystem to translate technology and enhance the workforce to accelerate the adoption of AI.
