OKR Champions play an important role in bridging the OKR Sponsor's vision with ground-level execution, working closely with OKR Owner(s) to drive OKR adoption and ensuring alignment within their respective groups and entities.
The A*STAR OKR Champion Programme is a 2-day interactive workshop tailored to A*STAR's needs and context. Through interactive sessions and practical applications, participants will:
- Gain skills to refine, align, cascade and review OKRs within their entities.
- Learn how to coach and support others in developing and refining OKRs.
- Develop an actionable OKR implementation plan.
This programme is specifically designed for OKR Champions nominated by their entities. To ensure the workshop's effectiveness, please note the following requirements:
- Participants who cannot commit to both dates should not register for the programme, and may express interest in future sessions by reaching out to Melissa Ho (Melissa_Ho@hq.a-star.edu.sg).
- To attend the OKR Champion Programme, participants must have completed an OKR Open-run Workshop by PM Partners, which has been organised by L&OD since November 2024.
Preparation & Workshop Logistics
- Pre-work: Please read and familiarise yourself with your entity's OKRs before the session.
- What to bring: Your laptop and charger for both days, as you will be working on online activities (e.g., Google Slides).
- Commitment: Please avoid scheduling meetings during the workshop to ensure full participation. Attendance for the full 2-day programme is mandatory, as stated in the pre-requisite.
Important Note on Withdrawals
If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible. In cases where no valid reason is provided, L&OD reserves the right to charge the cost of the workshop to the participant's entity and inform entity heads.
